Father God, I admit that I’m very discouraged right now and that I know quite a few around me who feel the same way. Please hear our prayers, shine your glorious face upon us and move your hand in our favor. Show us Your tender mercies towards us as well as Your great grace, lovingkindness, faithfulness, and the rich blessings that You have for us. Father, many of us have been waiting for a very long time to see Your goodness, please help us to see that today. In the name of Jesus we pray these things and ask that You would shine Your glorious face upon us today in each of our lives and in the way that we need and desire. Help us to know that you do indeed care and that You will give us the desires of our hearts. Show us Yourself today and work for us and on our behalves today in mighty and powerful ways with Your mighty hand. It is in the name of Jesus we pray. AMEN
