Sovereign God, as I bow my heart before you now in unison with my brothers and sisters in Christ we come to you patiently waiting for many of Your promises. We love You and need You for every breath and every heartbeat. Our hearts ache just to be encouraged by You and to have our hope restored for tomorrow. Give us testimonies to Your goodness and faithfulness so that our faith may be strengthened and increased and so that other’s may have faith in You as well. As we read and study Your holy word enlighten it and teach us it’s truths. Your word tells those of us who believe in You in 1 John 2:27 that Your Holy Spirit will be our teacher and that we need no other to know Your ways. Open our hearts today and pour Yourself into us that we may walk closer to You. We love You and we give You thanks and praise in Jesus’ name. AMEN
