Sovereign Father God, I bow humbly at Your feet in repentance and in awe of Your glory. Thank You for Your word and for Your patience with us. I pray today for each and every one who reads this that You would open the eyes of our hearts and help us to see Your word with new meaning and clarity. I pray that Your truth and righteousness would sink deeply into our hearts and lives and that we would act and react daily out of it.
Father, show us Your mercy and grace and give us each a testimony to Your love and blessings so that we may be light for You and so that our lives might be something that will draw those who don’t know You, like moths to a flame. Shine Your face upon us today and fill us with a peace that surpasses all understanding and a joy unspeakable. I love You and I give You all thanks and praise. All glory and honor are Yours and Yours alone. I pray these things in the name of Christ Jesus my Lord and my Savior. AMEN!
