 If your enemy is hungry,  

       give him bread to eat,  

    and if he is thirsty,  

       give him water to drink,  

    for you will heap coals of fire on his head  

    and ADONAI will reward you.  Proverbs 25:21-22 TLV 

 

Father God, I come before You with a humble heart. Please forgive me for failing at the teaching of these verses. Please give me a heart like Jesus. I lift up my brothers and sisters in Christ to You as well and I ask that You would teach us all the kind of love and forgiveness that these verses portray. Bless us with the resources to bless others and fill us with the love and desire to share Jesus with those around us and to be like Him in all areas of our lives. I love You and I give You thanks and praise! All glory, honor, and praise belong to You! I ask these things in the name of Christ Jesus my Savior and King; AMEN!
