Father God, thank You for this reminder today. Thank You for the context of this verse in Christ and the knowledge of our salvation and all that You have done for us. I love You God and I lift up my brothers and sisters to You today as well. Shine the light and warmth of Your glorious face down upon us. Flood us with Your blessings. Fill us with Your Holy Spirit and grant us the gifts that Your Word promises so that we might bring others to know You and believe in You. Give us guidance and direction for the way that You would have us to go and gently draw us ever further down the path that You have for our lives. Fulfill in us every plan that You have for us and give us peace and rest at times so that we might enjoy the great gifts and blessings that You give us along the way. Give us courage and boldness to share the good news of Jesus with everyone around us and open their hearts so that they will see, know, and accept Your freely given gift of salvation and love. You alone are worthy of all honor and glory, of our thanksgiving and our praise. I lift up these things to You in the glorious name of Christ Jesus our Savior and Lord; AMEN!
