Sovereign God, I love You and I bow my spirit humbly at Your feet today petitioning for Your mercy and grace. I lift up my brothers and sisters in Christ to You as well asking for Your provision and blessings. Please help us to understand this verse and soak it deeply within our spirits. Help us to know how to apply it within our own lives and how to be able to share its good news with others around us. Fan the flame that burns deep within our spirits for You and help it to burn white hot so that we yearn and long for You more and more each and every day. Please God, allow that desire for You to translate into a steady and solid resolve to walk the straight and narrow path of righteousness and integrity each and every day. May the words of our mouths and each and every task be done to Your glory and may our actions be pleasing to You and give us courage and boldness to share the good news of the gospel of Christ with those around us.
Lord bless us and keep us. Shine Your glorious face upon us, and be gracious to us. God of hope, lift up Your countenance upon us, show us Your favor, give us Your peace. May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with our spirits and fill us with all joy and peace in believing, that we may abound in hope by the power of Your Holy Spirit.
