Father God, I love You and I give You thanks and praise. You alone are worthy of all glory, honor, and praise. Thank You for Your mercy and grace and for sending Your Son Jesus to this earth to show us how to live, to suffer and die in order to pay the debt for our sin, and to show us His victory over death in His resurrection. I lift up my brothers and sisters in Christ today and I ask that You would give us all courage, boldness, and strength to share this good news with others. Please fill us with Your Holy Spirit and help us to shine like beacons for You today. Father, many of us are going through different forms of suffering, trials, hardships, and are desperately in need of Your love and affections toward us. Please draw us near and hold us close, comforting us with your gentle affections and merciful grace. I pray these things in the name of Christ Jesus my Savior and Lord; AMEN
