Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.  Matthew 11:28 NKJV

Father God, I love You and I give You thanks and praise. I bow my heart humbly at Your feet asking for Your mercy and great grace. Forgive me for my sin and cleanse me that I may rest in Your goodness. Thank You for the reminder that Jesus’ blood washes us and makes us clean and that He will take our burdens and give us rest and peace. Thank You for Your amazing and endless lovingkindness. I lift up my brothers and sisters in Christ along with my own needs today. Please let us experience these promises and love for ourselves. Many of us are suffering today, many of us are deeply wounded and simply looking forward to the promise of no sorrow and sadness when we join You in heaven. Please Father, show us that You don’t show partiality to others and that You want to bless us just the same. Please grant us rest and peace in the middle of the sufferings that we are having to endure and look upon us with your favor because we are Your children and we love You. Lord bless us and keep us.  Shine Your glorious face upon us, and be gracious to us.  God of hope, lift up Your countenance upon us, show us Your favor, give us Your peace.  May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with our spirits and fill us with all joy and peace in believing, that we may abound in hope by the power of Your Holy Spirit. These things I pray in the name of Christ Jesus my Savior and King; AMEN!
