For God was in Christ, reconciling the world to himself, no longer counting people’s sins against them. And he gave us this wonderful message of reconciliation. So we are Christ’s ambassadors; God is making his appeal through us. We speak for Christ when we plead, “Come back to God!” 2 Corinthians 5:19-20 NLT

Sovereign God, our Father; I love You and I lift my thanks and praises up to You! You created us in Your Image with love, compassion, and deep affections in Your heart. We walked away from You and sinned against You but, You made away through Your Son who is Christ Jesus our Lord so that we might have a way to be reconciled with You. Your great love for us pleads for us to come back to You and for Your love and devotion and for not giving up on us we are deeply grateful. Create in us clean hearts and renew right spirits within us. Open the eyes and ears of our spirits and help us to see and know this world as You know it. I intercede on behalf of my brothers and sisters today as well. Many of us are suffering and afflicted. Please deliver us and bring us healing, comfort, and Your soothing love and blessings. May Your miraculous rescue, and answers to our prayers and petitions along with the fulfillment of our good and righteous desires show us along with the world that You have great love and affection for Your children and that You love to pour out Your gifts and blessings upon us. Put a fire within each of us to share the gospel of Christ with those around us and make us into reflecting beacons of Your glorious and majestic light. Fill us with Your Holy Spirit and make us bold and courageous, tune our ears to Yourself and make us sensitive to hear Your voice and to know Your will so that we can speak the words that You give to us and not our own. Sovereign Yahweh God, deliver us from the evil one and his prevailing darkness. Protect us from the evil that surrounds and can and will attack at any moment. Open our eyes to these evils and give us strength and the will to endure and overcome temptation. I ask for You to shine down Your glorious face upon us today and help us to see You at work in our lives so that we may be encouraged and strengthened. I pray all of these things in the glorious name of Your Son who is Christ Jesus our Savior and King; AMEN!
