If I could speak all the languages of earth and of angels, but didn’t love others, I would only be a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. If I had the gift of prophecy, and if I understood all of God’s secret plans and possessed all knowledge, and if I had such faith that I could move mountains, but didn’t love others, I would be nothing. If I gave everything I have to the poor and even sacrificed my body, I could boast about it; but if I didn’t love others, I would have gained nothing.  1 Corinthians 13:1-3 NLT

Sovereign Father God, I love You and I give You thanks and praise. You alone are worthy of all glory, honor, and praise. Help us to be active in our love, help us to show and give love like You intend for us to. Please help us to be ever mindful that love isn’t just a thought or a feeling but action and something to be shared and given. I lift up my brothers and sisters in Christ today. God, many of us are suffering from illness and various afflictions and trials. Please bring us healing, restoration, redemption, deliverance, rescue, provision, and great and wonderful blessings so that not only we will have testimonies to Your goodness and for Your glory but, so that we may share Your great blessings with others around us. Please give us the gifts that Your Word promises so that we may draw unbelievers to You that they might believe. Give us courage and boldness and the words to tell others of Your great love for us and of the Gospel of Christ. I ask these things humbly and in the name of Christ Jesus my Savior and Lord; AMEN.
