But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.  Romans 5:8 NKJV

Father God, I love You and I thank You for this reminder of Your love as we move towards Easter. You are Yahweh, The Most High Living God and I give You thanks and praise. You and You alone are worthy of all honor, glory and praise. God, I lift up my brothers and sisters to You today as well. You know all that we have been praying for and I just ask that You accept our prayers for those yet again today. I give those concerns, petitions, needs, and desires over and into Your hands and concentrate my heart and mind on Jesus, His wonderful sacrifice for us, and the glory of the victory that was won over sin so that we might come to You as Your children and worship You and know that You see us in purity because of our salvation through Him. Fill us with Your Holy Spirit and give us courage and boldness so that we can share this good news with others. Fill us with Your joy and peace that we may go out and prove to the world that Your power and majesty transcends all understanding and so that those who don’t know You will want that joy and peace as well. I love You and I pray these things in the glorious name of Christ Jesus my Savior and King; AMEN
